This project involved a full-scale renovation, including design, planning, permits, and a turnkey delivery with interior design. Key features included the installation of a new autonomous heating system with a wall-mounted gas boiler and an energy efficiency upgrade. The interior layout was reconfigured, merging the living room and kitchen into an open-plan space, while creating two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a WC, in an apartment area of ​​only 61sq.m.
